Malignant neoplasms (ZN) are one of the most important medical and social problems of society and are among the main causes of mortality and disability of the population. Primary multiple tumors (PMZO) are a big problem that aggravates the prognosis of diseases and increases mortality from ZN. Primary multiple tumors are one or more ZnS that occur simultaneously or alternately in the same patient. Each of them (the first, second, third and subsequent) is an independent primary tumor process, and not a metastasis of the first tumor. PMZOS occur more often in different organs, but they can also occur in one, and differ in the histological picture, i.e. they arise from different tissues.
