Factors and problems of development of mortgage lending in Russia

The article is devoted to the issue of the development of mortgage housing loans in Russia. The author identifies the main problems and factors that affect the development of mortgage lending. The main problems and official indicators characterizing the development of mortgage housing loans by statistics were analyzed. On the basis of the analysis of problems and factors that affect mortgage lending, the author proposes action measures aimed at eliminating problems, minimizing their impact, which in the aggregate can stimulate further growth in the mortgage lending market.
