Bipolar instrument current amplifiers

The circuitry with the analysis of attainable parameters of electric current signals amplifiers are considered in this paper that make it possible in some cases to increase the accuracy, noise immunity and to expand the frequency range of integrated radio electronic instruments. The review of the circuitry of current repeaters made of operational amplifiers, unipolar current repeaters, current amplifiers of "current mirrors" type made of operational amplifiers is carried out. The circuitry of current amplifiers stabilizing definite current at the input of current repeater output stage and current amplifiers of arbitrary polarity made on the basis of two "current mirrors" providing amplification of bipolar currents without use of drifting power supplies are considered.
