The article deals with the institutional structure of social and labor relations based on a classification, which in well-known both in science and in labor management practice. Possible directions of its development are identified. The authors claim that the trust and loyalty of staff, as a self-reliant economic categories, form a special type of social and labor relations, the studying and the use of knowledge of which at labor management practices in enterprises will undoubtedly increase its efficiency and effectiveness.
