Dynamic component at definition of external deterioration (obsolescence)

The methods of definition of external deterioration (obsolescence) considered in article find applications in situations when the appraiser can predict changes of external conditions (including economic) in relation to object of valuation, that is when self-elimination of external deterioration (or, on the contrary, occurrence) is predicted. The variant of definition of the external deterioration changing in time is thus considered also.
