Differentiation of criminal liability for petty bribery in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

It is devoted to the issues of differentiation of responsibility for petty bribery in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The characteristic of the relevant differentiation criteria is given, the shortcomings and gaps in the differentiation of criminal liability for receiving and giving a small bribe are revealed. The possibility of further differentiation was noted, as well as amendments to Art. 291.2 of the Criminal Code were proposed in accordance with the principle of justice in criminal law.
