On the basis of theoretical analysis of problems of formation of research skills of future managers Doo and highlighted the criteria (motivational and valuable, informational, operational-activity, reflexive) and the indicators chosen and described diagnostic methods; outlines the basic tasks of the pilot study. The readiness of future leaders pre-school educational institutions to undertake research accented as part of the overall professional readiness as a complex structural-dynamic formation, is gradual, and takes place in several development levels: high, medium and low.
