Business communication as an effective factor in public administration

This article examines the issues of business communications as a managerial function, namely, the issues of the effectiveness of public administration at the national, regional, and local levels. The relevance of the article lies in the fact that today the effectiveness of public administration largely depends on the mastery of effective forms and methods of human resource management by all officials, leaders and people's deputies, which implies a thorough study of business communications in public administration. An attempt is made to prove that business communication is acquiring the importance of one of the most important types of managerial activity nowadays.
