Digital photography as an effective method of modern technical and criminalistic support of disclosure, investigation and prevention of crimes

The article discusses the features of using digital photography in the process of disclosing, investigating and preventing crimes. In addition, in this study, an attempt was made to argue that the evidentiary value of digital photographs is only the information recorded on them, and not the physical properties of the media themselves, in connection with which they should take the main place in the structure of modern technical and forensic support for the investigation of criminal offenses.
