Human capital in the context of innovative development of Russian society

The article analyzes the state of the «human capital» in terms of technological breakthrough and innovative development of the Russian society. Basing on the empirical data of sociological studies the authors determine the issues of socio-economical and emotion-psychological components of «human capital» that complicate the realization of strategic vector of Russia’s economic development. Among these issues are a low quality of living standards, low level of professional qualification, reduction of moral landmarks, gradual loss of the energetic of “great goal”.
