Values in the structure of public servants

The article is devoted to public service as a social institution, which should be based on a value approach. Particular attention is paid to the study of the regulatory framework of public service, in terms of reflecting the value approach. The second part of the article is devoted to the analysis of the results of a sociological study of the value orientations of newly adopted civil servants of the Tomsk Region from 2017 to 2019.
