Animal welfare and quantative variability of microbiota elements

The comparative analysis of quantative parameters of microbiotic elements of the skin surface was made. It is established that the presence of microflorae at the nasal mirror does not reflect the contamination from air and surroundings but is determined by general state of the macroorganism, its welfare. There are no gender distinctions unlike to age differences in accordance to the modern view of the development of stress and immunity in ontogenesis. Is proved the significant increase of microorganisms amount in unfortunate animals despite of concrete reasons of the decline. The result of the study allows to recommend the non-invasive method for animal welfare comparison.
