Business-oriented training of students of a professional educational organization of an agricultural profile

The activities of a professional educational organization of an agricultural profile in developing the motivation of students to explore their opportunities in entrepreneurial activity, the formation of entrepreneurial competencies and the development of ways to implement their business projects are covered. The importance of educating a modern personality, oriented in the main problems and prospects for the development of small business in the country, is due to the goal of a regional innovation platform, which provides for the creation of a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions that provide business-oriented training for students, future entrepreneurs who understand the life and production problems of the modern village. The article presents the results of a breakthrough strategy of the technical school in the implementation of plans for a regional innovation platform, which means: an active frontal start of the project from the beginning of the academic year with the involvement of all interested parties, work with customers, building individual educational routes for the implementation of student startups, support for student initiatives in the field of financial literacy. The system of activities of the organization for the development of entrepreneurial competencies covers students of all courses both within the framework of educational activities and outside of school hours.
