Biomechanical analysis of "tour jete" technique in rhythmic gymnastics

Бесплатный доступ

The study of the kinematic characteristics of movements in the performance of jumps in rhythmic gymnastics is a prerequisite for effective management of the training process. A big role in this direction belongs to the development and creation of model characteristics of basic jumps based on the analysis of their performance by highly qualified gymnasts. In this regard, the article produced a biomechanical analysis of the basic jump "tour jete" performed by highly skilled gymnasts, identified the stage, defined the phase composition of the exercise, marked boundary poses and leading motor actions. As a result of the analysis, the time parameters of each of the selected phases were established. The conducted biomechanical analysis of the technique of the studied jumping element allowed to reveal the structure of motor actions of gymnasts-artists, as well as to establish a number of conditions, the fulfillment of which must be observed when teaching jumps of the considered structural group.
