To develop technician regulations for production of microbiopreparations there were studied biological features of strain-producer Т-2 Trichoderma sp. - an antagonist of Downy Mildew on sunflower. Morphological and cultural traits of the strain-producer were studied on three agar mediums. Fungus cultivation at the temperature 25-30 оС on the Rudakov’s medium is the most favorable for mycelium growth and spore formation. The stationary fungus cultivation on liquid medium with рН from 3 to 6 provided the maximal mycelium growth and spore formation and the biggest dry mass. Introduction into the nutrient medium of starch as a source of carbons provided the maximal growth of fungus mycelium and increase of its dry mass. Fungus strain assimilates best of all the maize extract as a source of nitrogen. The Rudakov’s medium appeared to be the optimal compound liquid nutrient medium for cultivation of the strain-producer.
