Automated design of big patterns for furniture fabrics

The competitive furniture jacquard fabric of difficult structure from cotton-polyester and loop yarns is developed and introduced in Orsha Linen Mill. For the Extension of the fabric assortment the production method of big patterns furniture fabrics on heddle weaving looms with electronic shed forming carriage CRU-20E., which are more productive and less power-intensive than the looms with jacquard machine Z-344. The software is developed for automatic coding of weave patterns taking into account characteristics of electronic shed forming carriage CRU-20E.
