Automation of the design of route technologies for the maintenance of agricultural machinery

In domestic agricultural engineering, there is a low level of application of software products for product lifecycle management - PLM (Product lifecycle management). This remark is true for the stage of operation of agricultural machinery and especially for its maintenance (MT). Operational documentation of domestic tractors, combines and agricultural machines is supplied to consumers in a hard copy along with the machine. Technical regulations for maintenance are also posted on the websites of manufacturers, while they are dominated by textual representation of information accompanied by graphic images, there is no 3D visualization of operations, and all maintenance technology information content does not have a common referential integrity. This does not allow planning the resources of the service bases of operating enterprises and leads to the loss of time for the performers of work to search for information on the content of maintenance, the sequence of operations, the necessary equipment and tools, as well as information on labor protection and the environment. In the article it is discussed the applied technological documents, research on information support for service work. The necessity of creating software for the automated development of technological documentation for the maintenance of machines has been established. The authors propose a methodical approach to the creation of an automated workstation for an engineer involved in the development of technological documents for the processes of maintenance of agricultural machinery. As the main documents, the route-technological schedule of the type of MT and the operational map of a separate MT operation are considered. In addition to technological information, it is proposed to include information on labor protection and ecology in these documents. A conceptual data model of the information system of the automated workplace of a process engineer has been developed, solutions for automating the search and visualization of reference and technological information are proposed. The target users of the automated system can be engineers of branded service centers of machine manufacturers and dealerships, as well as engineers of repair and technical enterprises and organizations operating equipment - agricultural enterprises and machine-technological stations.
