The automatization of the measurement complex of magnetoimpedance spectroscopy adapted for studies of a wide class of magnetic structures with induced magnetic anisotropy

This article describes the principles of measurement of magneto impedance effect in samples intended for the construction of electronic circuits, including a sensor of small magnetic fields. The literature data on the existing methods of magneto impedance effect measurement for the studies of the magnetic structures with induced magnetic anisotropy are analyzed and summarized. The automated complex of magneto impedance spectroscopy adapted for a wide range of magnetic structures and working on the basis of an Agilent E4991a impedance analyzer developed and created in the Urals Federal University is described.
