Antimonopoly regulation of franchise agreement

The author of the article, based on the analysis of the judicial practice of arbitration courts and the study of actual doctrinal sources concerning the contract of commercial concession (franchising), determines the specifics of its antimonopoly regulation. In particular, it considers the problems connected both with the definition of the contract of commercial concession and its essential conditions, and with the antimonopoly regulation of such a contract. He comes to the conclusion that currently the legislative regulation of the commercial concession agreement in Russia is poorly developed, but there are prospects for its development.
