The antigenic activity of Salmonella choleraesuis and Pasteurella multocida inactivated by ethylene imine dimer in the samples of oil vaccines was investigated. The levels of humoral antibodies by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay after immunization of pigs by different doses of these antigens and levels of colostral antibodies in suckling pigs was determined. It was shown, that after antigenic immunization of the pigs of the Large White breed the antiplague antibodies in the blood retained during 7 months, antisalmonellesis antibodies - during 90-150 days, that is enough for the defense from these diseases.
