Analysis of socio-economic factors affecting the level of security of the population of the regions (on the example of the countries of Latin America)

The article analyzes the factors influencing the level of crime in Latin America. Interest in the countries of this region is due to the growth in economic growth, however, despite the positive dynamics of socio-economic indicators, there is a high level of crime. The study carried out a comparative analysis of Latin American countries in terms of the prevalence of types of criminal activity in each country and the dependence of the level of crime on various factors.
