Analysis of the results of the activity of the federal customs service of the Russian Federation as a currency control body

The Customs Service of the Russian Federation performs a number of important state functions and is authorized to conduct several types of activities, including in the field of currency control. The Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation acts as a currency control body because the movement of currency and currency valuables, including the illegal export of capital abroad, can negatively affect the investment component, as well as the economic security of the state as a whole. The article presents an analysis and evaluation of the activities of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation in the field of currency control, the results of which revealed the existing problems in this industry.
