Analysis of thermal power plants potential hazards

The article reviews Russian researcher's works and regulatory documents related to potential dangers of thermal power plants. It is established that authors mainly consider only individual hazards: environmental or fire. In this work suggests that main hazards of thermal power plants should be considered from three different positions: environmental, chemical and fire. The fire hazard of the boiler-turbine shop of the thermal power plant is considered.
