Analysis of the effectiveness of the institutional environment for entrepreneurship in the Krasnodar region

Any kind of financial flows institutionalized, in accordance accordance with this, the imperfection of institutions or their absence leads to limiting the effectiveness of the resource potential and lowering the financial characteristics of the region. Due to this, need is the expansion of the beliefs about the effectiveness of the institutional environment. This in turn requires the development of methodological approaches that allow to identify the subjects of the Russian Federation according to the degree of formation of the institutional environment and its impact on the implementation of the resource potential of the region.
