Analysis of the innovative potential of the Nizhnekamsk Truck Tire Factory LLC

The article analyzes the innovative potential of Nizhnekamsk Truck Tire Plant LLC. The innovative potential of the NZGSH company is the company’s ability to apply innovative processes, which assumes the efficiency and reliability of the processes that the organization uses in the development and implementation of innovations. During the analysis, it was found out that the company is part of the KAMA TIRES enterprises and provides the transport complex of the republic and Russia with truck tires. The company's investment activities, unfortunately, are not effective enough; the financial flow from investment activities is negative. We propose to introduce the Kaizen system as improvement measures.
