The analysis of financial rent of the commercial real estate

The article detailed the stages of detention leasing commercial real estate in the Russian Federation, the problems associated with the leasing of buildings and industrial areas. We show that there are all prerequisites to using such an effective and beneficial tool, as finance lease, it was possible to use the premises of any size without major non-recurrent costs.
