Analysis of the federal budget of the Russian for 2015

This article discusses the method of budget sequestration as a necessary measure to reduce the size of the budget deficit in the event of a sharp drop in incomes and a deterioration of the economic situation in the country. We have examined the effectiveness of this measure in order to balance the budget with the example of amending the Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 2015- 2017 years".
