Analysis of the dynamic progress of the public service sector managing subjects

In the article the authors present the public sector dynamic progress comparative analysis in Russia to assess the degree of its influencing macroeconomic processes. They have studied the elements forming the service sector structural base and eco nomic activities of the public sector enterprises. They have classified the public ser vice sector enterprises according to key trends and revealed problems of current pub lic sector managing subjects functioning in Russia offering the ways of their solving.
