Analysis of the current state of grain cleaning equipment located on farms showed that there is an increasing need for a universal multifunctional grain cleaning equipment that is capable of cooling, drying, cleaning and fractioning grain material in a single operation. In order to fulfill these requirements, the ESSUTM is developing a separating grain thrower capable of cooling and drying grain in one pass, preliminary, primary and secondary cleaning of grain material, as well as grain fractionation by specific gravity, taking into account geometric dimensions. To confirm the claimed characteristics of the separating grain thrower, it is necessary to conduct research on prototypes in an economic environment. The design and manufacture of experimental products of the separating grain thrower should be based on theoretical studies, which are based on the analytical description of the movement of grain material through the cleaning device of the separating grain thrower. The article presents an analytical description of the movement of grain material by a differential equation, the distribution of the action of forces on a particle when moving along a cleaning device, as well as the design of a separating grain thrower.
