Algorithm for making management decisions with inter-object distribution of resource supply under the conditions of implementation of the leadership strategy in the network organizational system

The problem of algorithmicization of the process of making managerial decisions is considered when determining the share of integral resource provision for moving objects between classes in order to implement a leadership strategy in a network organizational system. When managing resources to move objects that are not included in the top classes, in order to improve their position within the framework of the classification ordering, first of all, a set of candidate objects is formed. In this case, retrospective information about the values of the performance indicators of the objects is used for predictive estimation of the possibility of improving the rank position based on machine learning of the classification model. These estimates make it possible to determine the necessary parameters for constructing an optimization model of Boolean programming. Subsequent stages of the algorithm include the construction of an iterative scheme of directed randomized search, the formation of a reduction group of individuals for the application of the genetic algorithm, and an expert selection of the final management decision based on the rank ordering of daughter individuals.
