The article discusses the role of corporate culture in the personnel management system. At the same time, the corporate culture is considered a management mechanism, and organizational - as a result of functioning. Based on this provision, an algorithm for analyzing the influence of organizational culture on the effectiveness of personnel management is proposed. Separate results of its testing are presented on the example of BTK-Textile LLC, Shakhty.
