Topical issues of insolvency (bankruptcy) in the agro-Russia

The author of the article discusses current issues of insolvency (bankruptcy) in the agriculture of the Russian Federation. In particular, the list of the main problems of formation of the institution of bankruptcy producers, analyzed regulations governing this area, makes proposals to improve legislation on insolvency (bankruptcy) in the agricultural sector.
