Actual problems of studying and applying methods of struggle by police officers in a fight with an offender in a prone position

Police officers must be proficient in fighting techniques that are necessary for them to successfully solve operational and service tasks for the forceful suppression of various illegal actions on the part of the offender. When protecting from blows, the threat of using firearms and detaining an offender, there may be situations in which the confrontation between the police officer and the offender can go into a lying position on the ground, so the employee must master the techniques of fighting in the stalls. This article discusses the problems of studying and applying techniques by police officers in the prone position, when conducting forcible detention of an offender.
