Actualization of requirements of strategy of development of regions of Eastern Siberia (on the materials of Irkutsk region)

This article presents the author's reflections on the most important determinants of the modern strategy of socio-economic development of the territories of Eastern Siberia, in particular, the Irkutsk region. Although the draft strategy for the socio-economic development of the Irkutsk Region until 2036 has already passed almost all stages of consideration and approval, there is still a debate about the strategic priorities for the development of the region. Therefore, the question of practical implementation of the Strategy and its expected results - how they will meet the goals of socio-economic development-does not lose relevance.
