Axiolological foundations of the functioning of the leisure industry

He article substantiates the importance of theoretical and methodological understanding of the essence of the leisure industry, which consists in the scienti c consideration of organized leisure as a fundamental value of modern society and the personality-oriented value of the individual. The author, among the axiological foundations of the functioning of the modern leisure industry, along with values-goals, values-means, identi es and characterizes values-attitudes, values-qualities and values-knowledge. It is proved that these groups of values determine the tone of the organization of socio-cultural activities, thereby causing electivity to the constantly updating sectors of the leisure industry. It is concluded that the humanistic parameters of the leisure industry, acting as its unchanging guidelines, allow us to x the level of discrepancy between the real socio-cultural reality and the autonomously operating models of leisure industry institutions, creatively stimulate them to accelerate overcoming existing di󰀨erences.
