Agrotechnological indicators of moveable systems of tractor class 5 with tires 33R-32 of different design

The purpose of the studyis to determine the agrotechnological indices of the undercarriage systems of the wheeled class 5 tractors equipped with tires of the size 33-32 with different internal structures.The research method is experimental and with the use of the «tire tester» measuring complex, which provided the measurement of all the necessary agrotechnological indices of the undercarriage system propulsors for thewheeled class 5 tractors, equipped with 33-32 tires of different design.The study of agrotechnological indices of the undercarriage system propulsor for the wheeled class 5 tractors have been carried out on the 30,5R-32 and 33R-32 serial tires, aswell as on the 33R-32M radial tires (with optimized reinforcement of the internal structure) and 33DP-32 experimental tires.The analysis of the conducted experimental studies has showed that the average pressure in the contact of the 33R-32M and, in particular, 33DP-32 tire is less than that one in the serial tires of the size 33R-32 and 30,5R-32 by 5-10% on winter wheat stubble, by 5-9% on the field prepared for sowing, the maximum pressure on the soil of the 33R-32M and 33DP-32 tires is less, respectively, by 20-30% and 4-8% compared to the 30,5R-32 and 33R-32 serial tires, the best uniformity of pressure on the soil is provided for the 33R-32M tire at the internal air pressure of 0,09-0,11 MPa, for the 33DP-32 tire at 0,07-0,09 MPa, - uniformity of the track depth across the tread width of the 33R-32M and 33DP-32 tires is achieved at lower air pressure than for the 30,5R-32 and 33R-32 tires.Evaluation of the operating characteristics of the compared tire versions has showed the effectiveness of design measures in the 33R-32M radial tire, and the expediency of work on the 33DP-32 experimental type tire.
