Agricultural components of political analysis of our state policy in the sphere of agricultural reformation in Russia

In this article the author pays attention to some of the most important peculiarities of a general ecological crisis. Its importance is understood both by scientists and politicians. But nevertheless this understanding touches, as a rule, only rational utilization of resources and protection of the environment, and it means that this problem is considered only as a biological one. The author of this article investigates this problem using socionatural biospherical approach, which received recognition in modern political science and in ecological policy of our state. The urgency of ecological problems is caused by the processes of industrial development of Russia, which greatly influence agricultural production. It shows itself in its transformation, in changing of productivity, labour power, and also in exhaustion of traditional land use and in impoverishment of soils. The article considers the main tendencies to and transformation of different types of soils. It gives a scientific understanding of agroecology and defines some principles aims and tasks of state policy in the sphere of reformation of agriculture in our country.
