Afganistan: the new round of the «big game»

The article is focused on the detailed analysis of the current situation in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The author examines «the afghan problem» at retrospective review and considers both external and internal reasons of the conflict that attracts fixed attention of the international community at present. The strained situation that was caused by military actions of the USA and NATO's troops against the Islamic opposition threatens the security of the Central Asia.
