Administrative law regulations of trade in Russia while forming Eurasian economic community

The article is devoted to the issues of administrative law regulations of trade in Russia under the conditions of Common Economic Space and Eurasian Economic Community formation. The main stages of Russian trade law formation, legislative acts that rule the trade, core tools that provide integrity of legal trade regulation both on the territory of the Russian Federation and in the countries of Commonwealth of Independent States are highlightened.
