Adaptive algorithms for emergency protection for liquid-fuel rocket engines

Бесплатный доступ

In this article a new approach to the algorithm development is considered for the emergency protection and diagnostics of liquid rocket engine 1^58MF of the new generation upper stage. The given approach feature is a capability to determine the limiting values of controllable parameters of the liquid rocket engine operation with no test statistics. The required statistics is gathered during the engine operation. Besides, the given method allows to increase efficiency of the diagnostics and emergency protection systems significantly as during the calculation the measurement equipment errors as well as the errors related to the engine manufacturing process are excluded. In the text the following is given: a qualitative description of this new approach and the check results of standard algorithms when simulating engine 11Д58М operation on the breadboard of the autonomous engine control system (the reviewed approach does not depend on the engine type and is universal). The main trends of further development of the adaptive approach to the development of algorithms for diagnostics and emergency protection of liquid rocket engines are also stated.
