Studying the adaptable abilities of population groups of Samara city and Samara oblast, living in areas with various level of anthropotechnogenic loading is actual. At 30 persons in blood heavy metals and essential microelements has been defined. It was defined the activity of antioxidant protection enzymes: peroxidase and the catalase which activity is characterized by specific features, it is stable enough at persons of young age and at given stage of ontogenesis is practically doesn't depend on influence of environmental negative factors. At summation the nature-caused iodic deficiency and raised anthropotechnogenic loading it is established, that among inhabitants of Samara oblast frequency of carriage the antibodies to thyroid peroxidase is high enough and makes 26,3% that testifies to high probability of development the thyroid pathology of multifactorial genesis in zone of ecological trouble.
