Adaptation of students of the new recruitment to training in a professional educational organization

The article examines the problem of adapting students of a new enrollment to training in a professional educational organization on the example of the Zlatoust Pedagogical College, taking into account the experience of a regional innovational platform to intensify the training of a future teacher and a platform for introducing lean manufacturing technologies into the educational process of the college. Particular attention is paid to the need for the formation of cognitive, digital, autopsychological (regulatory) meta-competencies of students through innovative educational technologies and forms of training and education, individualization of education, self-education in the game achieve-logic. Examples of the use of elements of gamification, training work, individualization of education and upbringing through work with the student’s route map “The Hero’s Way” are given in the practice of college. The article emphasizes the importance of in-depth psychological diagnostics of freshmen, provides examples of the use of multifactorial and multilevel personality tests and questionnaires.
