Studied the adaptive reconstruction of the Siberian spruce needles assimilation apparatus under the prevailing influence of industrial emissions. It has been established that the emissions of industrial zone enterprises cause a decrease in the level of green pigments. Revealed adaptive reconstruction of the photosynthetic apparatus associated with increase in the relative proportion of the chlorophyll a / b, and as a result increase the photosynthetic ability of the Picea obovata Ledeb. The content of green pigments can be used as additional method to assess the total pollution.
