In 4 cohorts (healthy (H) - 134, with arterial hypertension (AH) - 142, with myocardial infarction (MI) - 141, combination AH and MI - 128 Subjects) of men living in Chelyabinsk at initial age of 40-59 years the cumulative 30-year-old survival rate has made 24,4; 28,2; 7,8 and 19,5 %, accordingly. No distinctions of function of survival rate (FSR) have been revealed in cohorts H - AH, as well as MI - MIAH. Negative influence on the probability of a 30-year-old survival rate is rendered by the transferred MI. FSRs in cohorts MI - MIAH did not differ. AH has also not rendered significant influence on cumulative 30-year-old survival rate in comparison with the healthy.
