The authors made the conclusion about the importance of qualified and active help of a psychologist for solving a number of problems that arise during the various investigative actions with the participation of minors, as well as during the implementation of activities to prevent deviant behavior of persons of this age category. In addition, the authors put forward the thesis of the need to develop and comply with the qualification requirements for psychologists involved in the above-mentioned actions, so that this participation gives practical results, and is not carried out with the sole purpose of formal compliance with the requirements of criminal procedure legislation.
