Foreign and home experience of training a sports manager

The paper states that the problem of preparing Russian specialists in the sphere of management and sporting management is solved by means of such mechanisms as: training young specialists at universities and the second, additional training within the limits of special programmers aimed at the increasing of qualifi cation. Foreign and home experience of solving this important problem is considered in the paper.
