Infection victim HIV through rape and violent acts of sexsual character

Purpose: Analysis of qualifications charging HIV through rape and other sexual assault. Methodology: The author applied a formal-legal, comparative legal method. Results: The article presents an interpretation of intentional contamination and negligently injured person with HIV in the commission of rape and other sexual assault. Novelty/originality/value: The author proposes to classify such acts associated with Knowingly placing the victim (victim) in the risk of HIV infection or intentional HIV infection for multiple offenses provided for Article 131 or 132 of the Criminal Code and Art. 122 of the Criminal Code.
