Legislative and law-enforcement problems of fight against murders of advocates in Russia

Purpose: Development and the offer of changes in the existing Russian legislation for improvement of legal protection of the identity of the advocate. Methodology: Formal-legal method, a comparative - legal method and a method of theoretical modeling were used. Results: The author formulated a complex of suggestions for improvement of provisions of the existing Russian legislation providing protection of the identity of advocate against encroachments from representatives of government bodies and criminal elements. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses high scientific value and has the practical importance as is one of the first attempts to offer a package of measures, aimed at providing personal security of advocate.
