Laws of formation of housing prices taking into account the factors of formation of the prices for construction products and regional singularities market performance contracting services, primary and secondary housing markets

The factors influencing pricing for housing in primary and secondary markets of housing and the market of contract services are investigated. Communications between factors and housing prices in primary and secondary markets of housing and the market of contract services are defined. Mathematical market models of the housing, allowing to predict and estimate efficiency of measures directed on regulation of the market of housing are developed.
