The article is devoted to results of check of execution of trading networks and suppliers of food products the amendments to the Federal law from 03.07.2016 № 273-Federal Law in the trade Law (entered into force 15.07.2016). The Federal Antimonopoly service carried out a review of supply contracts concluded or renewed after this date for compliance with the provisions of the requirements of the renewed trade and antitrust laws in more than 70 regions of the country. The inspectors identified 296 cases of violations of stated norms.
